I paint mostly landscapes— some I’ve seen, some I imagine — My work is rooted in my love for God and the beautiful work in His creation. I see it or think of it and imagine myself being there. Then I paint.
I began painting oils at age ten, and you could find me carrying around a sketchpad around even before that. In high school, my passion was recognized with an art scholarship, which opened the door to some formal study. Over time, life unfolded and painting remained something I enjoyed doing. I could share more about the adventures, the large solo exhibits I was invited to, the friends I met, or the places I found to paint, but we can save that for fireside chats or coffee on the porch.
Thank you for visiting.
